QUALITY AS A PRIORITY

Did you already know that BMx Computers was the FIRST Belgian PC-manufacturer to obtain the new ISO 9001 : ed. 2000 quality certificate ?

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard awarded on an objective basis to companies with an organization that enables them to guarantee high quality services to their clients.

BMx earned this certificate in july 2001 for its entire range of products and services: the "development, assembly, sales and maintenance of pc's, notebooks and servers under its own brand name" and "sales of printers, scanners and other pc accessories".

The success of BMx is largely due to the quality of the products and services it provides to its clients. Quality is not something you achieve in one day, but it is the result of every one's effort each and every day!

With this certification BMx is committed among others to:

	perform audits of its departments on a regular basis in order to optimize their operation
	take appropriate measures to prevent any non-conformities
	optimize client satisfaction
	evaluate the quality of services / products of its suppliers
	provide its clients with the high-level skills of all its staff through the rigorous management of their training

BMx works exclusively with top manufactures whose product quality is well established.

Furthermore, a number of BMx employees have recieved approval in the form of qualifications granted by hardware manufacturers and software producers.
BMx itself is Intel IPI and Microsoft Certified Partner.

BMx Computers will of course make every effort to ensure that the company continues to deserve this ISO 9001 : 2000 certificate.
